I’m so glad you’ve found you’re way here.
I love to help women tap back into their own magic and create a life of deep alignment, inner peace and freedom.
I have dealt firsthand with grieving the loss of important life components and have discovered how to establish a stronger inner foundation for myself through various practices. This has allowed me to better support myself emotionally, energetically, and physically.
Now I feel a more embodied peace, alignment and connection to myself and it is from the heart that I’m guided to mentor other women to find their own oasis within themselves. A place where they remember their personal power and self-love, where they feel flow and alignment and build deep trust in who they are .
