Hi beautiful one…

I’m so looking forward to getting to know you better, here’s a little more about me.

I’m a 39 year old Sagittarius, married mum of two boys, 5 and 9. I’m a trained primary school teacher, yoga teacher, and sound bath practitioner. I also run my own Moroccan decor business and love all things boho and magical.

I've always been drawn to spirituality, but my path into deep self-discovery and soul alignment truly began after my dad passed away just over three years ago.

This took me on a journey of growth and healing. I dived into a world of energetics and soul-led research into spirituality, human design, aureveda, nervous system regulation and so much more.

Additionally, my experience with anxiety and ADHD, together with high sensitivity, has allowed me to understand a deeper need for nervous system regulation and creating an inner foundation.

So now, I am bringing my knowledge and experience to help guide other women on their inner soul journeys and I feel so honoured and grateful to be able to follow my own soul’s calling and connect with more soul sisters along the way.
