Energy Alignment Report $122

A detailed energy report made specifically for you, using your unique Human Design and your current chakra energy to help you navigate and realign your personal energy system. This is an excellent starting point for anyone new to energy and spirituality or anyone wanting to better understand their unique energy blueprint.

This includes a 20-minute audio recording that explains your report, voice message Q&A to help you to be able to integrate the report into your daily life.

Ground Sound Sessions

Ground Sound is a 90-minute small group session for women to calm their mind and bodies and nourish their souls. This class is gentle moving and sound mediation that includes cacao, visualisation and journalling.As you enter this peaceful space you will be welcomed with sage, oracle cards, essential oils, friendly faces and relaxing music. Sound Meditation is a beautiful tool to ease stress or anxiety, to find a deeper connection to yourself and allow for a more embodied peace.

During the gentle movement we will do some grounding practises to help you drop into your body. Practises may include gentle stretching, breathwork, tapping and other techniques to regulate your nervous system. We then move into a nourishing sound bath featuring gongs, chimes and Tibetan and crystal bowls. The frequencies played encourage your mind to switch off, for a deeper meditation, relaxation and restoration.

Ground Sound Sessions are usually held every few weeks at my home in Duncraig.

Private Group Session $222

A lovely addition for your private special occasion. Choose a private Ground Sound Session to create a peaceful birthday treat or women's circle activity with friends. Together, we talk about the concept and create a unique experience.

Additionally, a sound bath might be a beautiful complement to your retreat or event if you are the facilitator. I’d love to collaborate so please reach out to discuss your event further.

1:1 Ground Sound Session $144

A personalised 75-minute session designed to help relax your nervous system and teach you techniques to achieve more calm. This can be customised for you whether you are going through difficult circumstances, deal with anxiety, a gift for friend or are just looking for a nourishing, soothing experience for yourself.

These sessions are aimed to help you move your body out of survival mode and increase your confidence in your capacity to feel grounded in everyday situations, creating a deeper inner foundation and more embodied inner peace.

Your unique session includes discussion, grounding practises tailored to you and a sound bath. Sessions are conducted in a peaceful space at my home in Duncraig.

1:1 Soul Alignment Session $144

In this 75 minute Soul Alignment session either online or in person, we talk about your soul's calling, your desires, your energy and any blocks that might be keeping you from achieving greater ease, flow, pleasure, magic, and alignment in your life. This session is all about coming back to the most authentic you, feeling anchored and free inside yourself and becoming a magnet to your desires and the life you want.

In our sessions, we chat about your personal energy, we may work with tools to regulate the nervous system, engage with the inner child and shadow, learn how to set personal boundaries, deepen your connection to yourself, learn how to cultivate feminine energy and much more. At the end of the day, you already own all the answers; my role is to support and guide you as you find them. I meet you where you are.

1 Month Mentorship $333 (normally $444)

This is a lovely, nourishing, and supportive experience to regularly check in with a soulful mentor while moving towards your most aligned life. Someone to share your successes and celebrate breakthroughs with, someone to help you stay true to who you are and what you desire, to provide energetic teachings and resources, to activate and inspire you and help create a renewed sense of energy.

I have experienced what it's like to be on my own awakening journey, and it's not always sunshine and rainbows; there are moments when you have to face your fears, redefine your identity, and confront your emotions. Working with someone who can support you through your highs and lows is a real gift to yourself.
